PROJECT

The Grand Tour

The Grand Tour—a design destination curated by Caroline Rafferty and her mother Julie Fisher Cummings—arrived in Palm Beach with its ever-changing collection of vintage and contemporary finds from around the world. Sought-after antiques, artisanal furnishings and sumptuous textiles blend old and new—each telling a unique story of time and place. An homage to the unforgettable matriarch of their family, Dearie, The Grand Tour embodied the multigenerational spirit so precious to Palm Beach.

PROJECT

Marcy Park

Marcy Park represented the evolution of a neighborhood. The project required a brand identity that respected the historical context of the property and the modern needs of its homeowners. Ultimately we dialed up the volume on luxury, the incredible state-of-the-industry finishes, technology, green spaces and amenities, the signature city views, and lifestyle experience of Williamsburg. This was a design story. A story about embracing challenges, solving problems and rising up.

PROJECT

Token CEO

Barstool Sports changed the media landscape forever. Since July 2016, CEO Erika Nardini has been the driving force behind that change. Forbes’ Cecelia Townes described Erika as a “smart, determined and fearless, she is the visionary who has grown a small collection of misfit bloggers into a multi-faceted company with its hands in content, booze, gambling and much more.”

It is with that same determination, that Erika tapped the Lower Westside Design Company to help shape a new visual identity for her empirical “Token CEO” podcast. We worked closely with the Token team to align on strategic goals, design/review a variety of visual directions, and to provide photo direction for all creative assets.

The new branding launched in November 2021.

PROJECT

More Like America

More Like America, launched by Lauren Baer in the run up to the November 2020 elections, addresses the long standing issue of credible candidates not making it on to ballots because their campaigns never get off the ground. There are currently no progressive PACs designed to provide start-up costs for these campaigns. Additionally, the campaign environment will be doubly challenging for minority and first-time candidates, who lack the resources to weather these challenging times due to the financial impacts of the pandemic.

LWSDCo. was proud to partner with Lauren and her team on this game-changing initiative. as the global pandemic presented an opportunity to create a new narrative for diverse candidates—branding and creative communication marked the difference between messages that succeeded and a message that gots lost in the clutter.

PROJECT

The Winning Round Foundation

The success of the Winning Round Foundation has been built on blood, sweat and tears of its founders—whose passion for helping people living with Parkinson’s Disease has helped prolong and save countless lives. As interest in the program grew, there was a clear need to reexamine the brand positioning. Our goal for this project was to raise awareness and funds to combat Parkinson’s, to clearly communicate what makes TWF such an incredible and worthwhile cause and to establish a consistent participant recruitment stream.
