PROJECT
The Grand Tour
The Grand Tour—a design destination curated by Caroline Rafferty and her mother Julie Fisher Cummings—arrived in Palm Beach with its ever-changing collection of vintage and contemporary finds from around the world. Sought-after antiques, artisanal furnishings and sumptuous textiles blend old and new—each telling a unique story of time and place. An homage to the unforgettable matriarch of their family, Dearie, The Grand Tour embodied the multigenerational spirit so precious to Palm Beach.

PROJECT
Marcy Park
Marcy Park represented the evolution of a neighborhood. The project required a brand identity that respected the historical context of the property and the modern needs of its homeowners. Ultimately we dialed up the volume on luxury, the incredible state-of-the-industry finishes, technology, green spaces and amenities, the signature city views, and lifestyle experience of Williamsburg. This was a design story. A story about embracing challenges, solving problems and rising up.

PROJECT
Token CEO
Barstool Sports changed the media landscape forever. Since July 2016, CEO Erika Nardini has been the driving force behind that change. Forbes’ Cecelia Townes described Erika as a “smart, determined and fearless, she is the visionary who has grown a small collection of misfit bloggers into a multi-faceted company with its hands in content, booze, gambling and much more.”
It is with that same determination, that Erika tapped the Lower Westside Design Company to help shape a new visual identity for her empirical “Token CEO” podcast. We worked closely with the Token team to align on strategic goals, design/review a variety of visual directions, and to provide photo direction for all creative assets.
The new branding launched in November 2021.

PROJECT
Would
With Would, Barstool Sports wanted to present a new product to it’s audience could trust to do what it says—Clean, Restore, Refresh, Hydrate, Revitalize, Soothe and Protects his body from the elements. We believed He may not even give a shit about what grooming products he uses, but given the choice, he'll go with
A visual celebration of the senses: Would provokes with dream-like moments of everyday life:
-A pool-side group of friends soaking up summer sun
-The smell of fresh air pouring through the open windows of a highway ride
-The sound of friends laughing in a crowded restaurant
-The smell of damp forest on an early morning hike.
We are inspired by taking our customers to places he wishes he could be—where day meets night, where safe meets dangerous, where pleasure meets more pleasure. This creates, in our brand, an everlasting lust to live freely, strategically, and passionately. We want to take him on the journey towards his best life, by daring him to dream of a better life.
This was a dream project that started with “a logo” and turned into brand strategy, visual identity design, package design, and and two distinct ad campaigns.

PROJECT
Wanderlust Dogs
Jason Hershman founded Wanderlust Dogs' first location in Vail Valley, Colorado, in 2014, based on his passion for pups and business (in that order). With an eye on Florida expansion, Jason tapped LWSDCo. to help him reimagine his brand for an extended audience of dog lovers.
Lower Westside Design Co. developed this brand identity and designed the brand’s visual identity. We rebuilt the website too, which included multiple locations and 3rd party integrations. This project was ruff, not rough!

PROJECT
Jones Foster
Since 1924, Jones Foster has served as legal counselors to visionary leaders, here in Palm Beach. To commemorate the firm’s 100th year, Lower Westside Design Co. designed a centennial mark to live within the minimally elegant brand identity and to match the magnitude of this moment.
Along with the centennial mark, we designed an ad campaign to run in targeted markets, campaign launch materials, and all the supporting internal brand collateral, including stationary, mouse pads, and water bottles :).
We had the privilege of working along side Jones Fosters’ incredible marketing team who, like their legal counterparts, are committed to carrying on the distinguished legacy of the firm’s predecessors.

PROJECT
Art Affair
CityPlace (now “Rosemary Square”) was proud to launch Art Affair 2018, a nine day celebration of art, local talent, and the city. The requirements for branding and design of this exciting festival were few: Use the name: “Art Affair” and create a look/feel that can be portable across all of our marketing channels. Inside this presentation you’ll find that we pulled imagery from the Art Affair artists and built a system that allows for these images to be easily and intentionally changed. Our goal was to create something new and unlike anything a legacy customer might expect to find at CityPlace. Ultimately, we want to surprise and delight our audience—keep them guessing about what’s going to happen next. We built on the previous year’s campaign in ’19 and continued to push creative boundaries.

PROJECT
Fresh Rx
Fresh Rx is a local non-profit born from the opportunity to deliver farm fresh produce to Jupiter Medical Center patients prescribed to eat a healthy/balanced diet. A regular supply of Lox Farms certified naturally grown produce was provided free of charge to JMC patients who suffered from cancer, heart disease, and pediatric issues. Fresh Rx’s services quickly expanded to supply underserved communities with farm fresh produce and to create specialty dinners.
